Oh honey, I will not make you go to a park! I photograph how you live, so unless you live in a park, we're doing the session at your home! We live in the Bay Area and most houses are small and feel dark, but I'm not worried! Some of my favorite pictures were taken in dimly light, tight spaces. We'll be just fine.

Let me answer that question with another question: Do your kids care about your pant size? Hint: They don't. But you know what they do care about? Your laughter and your uncontrollable love. So don't wait. (If you do have areas of concern, just let me know).

I haven't lost my baby weight yet, should I wait for family photos?

q:

Haha! I wish I had more time to work with all ages of children, but I don't have the ability right now... it's not about the money. I'm having to make choices and families with small children and babies are just too delicious to pass up! Don't feel lost. Email me and I'll help you find another family photographer. Promise.

I read that you only work with families who have young kids, would you consider working with older ones? What if I paid you more?

Not to worry. Remember that these photos are to capture who you are. How you live. No need to go out to J Crew and style everyone. Shop in your own closet first. If you're still having trouble, shoot me an email and I'll walk you through it.

Then we need to talk! Chaotic families are my specialty. I thrive in wild households. This is where the magic is. Plus, I have my own crazy kids, so I know it first hand.

I know you like to work with wild children, but mine? They're REALLY wild!

Anywhere. Honestly. I love working with families and if you're in Fargo, ND and want to remember your crazy life, then I'll come to you. I do have a travel fee, but if more than one person books a session in your area, the fee goes down. So get a girlfriend on board!

If you would like to hire me for one on one photography classes, please email me. I'd love to help! If you can gather 5+ other moms, I'll come to you! Cost for private lessons is 145/hr and groups are 75/per person for a 1.5 hour basics class (non-Dslr class).
